      We help YOU improve family relationships and home environments by increasing communication, trust, respect and personal accountability.

  • Improve self confidence to communicate during difficult conversations
  • Enhance personal lives by learning to be more collaborative rather than combative

       Services We Offer:
           MEDIATION:  We help families sit down and communicate without interruption.  We'll identify topics of discussion (peers, step-parents, curfew, school,
          communication, transportation, automobile use, parents significant other, trust, respect, two households with different rules...). We commit to solutions
          that work for everyone and create a Family Action Plan Agreement.  We create an agenda template for future family meetings with communication
          guidelines that honor individual styles, needs and concerns.  Everyone participates in agreed homework assignments, interactive role-playing and
          practice the communication guidelines.  Our home environments and family relationships improve immediately. You'll receive  "ECC Communication
          Tool Kit Handbook" when they sign up for their interactive communication training, supporting which future effective communication guideline success.

          COMMUNICATION COACHING:  For parents who are struggling communicating with their children, significant others, elder parents or ex-spouses.
          For teenagers seeking to improve their home environment with their parents, siblings, step-parents.  Communication coaching helps individuals
          seeking assistance to improve their techniques, patterns and enhance skills to improve relationships at home and extended family members.
